Hi All,

After some delay (and endless hints and urgings from members), we are pleased to announce that we are OPEN for ORDERS for the next batch of ClubSNAP Polo T-shirts.

ClubSNAP Polo T-Shirt Details

Colors available : White, Black and Grey
ClubSNAP Logo embroidered on left (above the heart).
Mens sizes (as measured across chest):
M - 20 inches
L - 21 inches
XL - 22 inches
XXL - 23 inches
XXXL - 25 inches

Ladies sizes
S - 17 inches
M - 18 inches
L - 19 inches

Pricing
ClubSNAP Polo T-Shirt @ $25 each
ClubSNAP Polo T-Shirt with Personalised Nick @ $30 each

Personalisation will be available (with additional terms and conditions - see below) - your chosen nick/userid will be embroidered in RED on the SLEEVE

Additional information/terms for Personalisation
1. Name to be embroidered ideally between 8-12 characters (longer is possible, but we have been advised that it won't look that great).
2. We will require pre-payment in full for personalised shirts. Please arrange for pre-payment at Eastgear's (www.eastgear.com) ON or BEFORE 29th October.

This thread will be open for order-taking until 29th October. ETD (Estimated Time for Delivery) will be on or around 15th November. Prepayment procedures for personalised shirts posted below.

Added samples for color combinations for t-shirts
Here are the color schemes for comparison as printed on the actual t-shirt fabric material.

One other IMPORTANT note - the PERSONALISATION will now be on the SLEEVE (instead of the right-side chest area). While we can put a lengthy name on the sleeve, we have been advised that lengths of between 8-12 characters will look the best.

The COLOR for the personalisation will be RED for all the three color combos.

Those who have posted their orders, please check through the file and make sure there are no errors (especially for the personalisation part).

Prepayment for Personalised T-Shirts

For those who have ordered personalised Polo T-Shirts, please pre-pay for your T-Shirts at Eastgear (http://www.eastgear.com) starting from tomorrow.

Last date for pre-payment will be next Saturday 30th October, after which we will be submitting the orders for the production of the t-shirts. If pre-payment is NOT received by then, we will not be producing your personalised t-shirt.

For those that ordered normal (not personalised) t-shirts, payment is upon collection of t-shirt.

Sorry, the supplier didn't provide a sample on the grey.

Have fed back to the supplier on this - they assure us that the final sewing will be much better.
