MIST-erious Halong Bay

Had a golden opportunity to visit Halong Bay after a conference.
3 hour ride to the bay and stay overnight on one of the junks.
Please experience but marred by a misty overcast sky.

I was there in March 2011 & I got one shot quite identical to your #7 :bsmilie:. Guessed it was from the same vantage point

Was it very misty as well? Did not manage to get clear blue sky when we were there.

My 5 days trip to Hanoi & a 1 day trip to Halong Bay a wash out

It was raining when we left for the bay & only stopped raining after leaving the cave.
