Here's what I've got ...
  1. Tentage for dinner - $3745
  2. Invites - 160 to 180 people
  3. Dinner - $7700
    1. $18 per pax
    2. Live Stations x 2 - $10
  4. Collected $1200 from 40 paying members
  5. Opening another 10 slots
  6. Crossing Bridges
    1. Airfare and transport - $1500
    2. Hotel - $200+
  7. Standee - 4 pieces ($200) Ortega
  8. Refreshment for 21 and 22 April
    1. 7 volunteers + 8 committee members = 15
    2. Packed lunch - AG
    3. 10 Cartons of mineral water - AG (Contact Vincent from Polar - 98336533)
  9. Dinner (20 April)
    1. Emcee - Edward
    2. Backup Emcee - Peterpan1975
    3. Tentage setup - Thursday
    4. Caterers - Friday 2pm
    5. Band - Friday 2pm
    6. Glass Cabinet - Friday 2pm
    7. Antique Cameras - Friday 5pm (Eddy and Spidey), borrow PE's vehicle
    8. Guests - 6.30pm
    9. GOH - 7pm
    10. Registration - 5.30pm (Wendy + 2 helpers)
    11. List of guests (including retailers and such) - Gautam
    12. Stickers with 10 anniversary logo to be issued to guests (Clown to print)
    13. Photo-taking
      1. Session 1 (after GOH's speech) - GOH and moderators (including Peterpan1975)
      2. Session 2 (after cake-cutting) - GOH and everyone
    14. Cake - $200 (DM)

      1. Paying members list (inform them to sign up 2 sessions by Friday morning)

    16. Volunteers for both days to report by 10am
    17. Registration of talks - As per First Friday @ SAM approach
      1. PM paying members to reply by Friday noon
      2. Open registration - Friday evening
      3. Close registration - By following Tuesday
      4. Publish list - By Thursday
      5. Inform attendees to report at least 15 minutes before the talk
      6. Ask for 3 notebooks from SAM - PE
