i find your shot is kindda too dark, maybe the next try you could set your shutter at a slower speed? Hope this helps.

The merlion itself is not easy to take i suppose.
Too dark, the head of the merlion cannot be seen clearly.
Too bright, the scales will get overexposed and washed out...
