If 35mm film is 3818 x 2546, then MF how many pixels??

Depending on the negative format,6x6 is also ard 3300+ x 3300
a 6x7 neg will get a file size ard 30mb.
All in RGB Tiff formatt,pls be informed that post processing is neccessary to get the result u want.
