MB-D200 battery catch

just wondering if anyone had this plastic piece break off before and how much does it cost to replace it?

I have. One of it. I ripped out the spring inside and the battery will slide in and stay in. Problem solved.

are you referring to the small tiny piece of white plastic latch?
yes I broke one before, can't remember how much I paid, should be less than $25. but I'm a NPS member, got a little bit discount....

Thanks.. will consider getting a replacement if my amateur repair work does not hold.
