Hi all,
I bought a Manfrotto Tripod 718B from TK Photo 3 months ago and recently after using it, one of the retracted legs got stuck and could not extend despite me trying to pull it out. The tripod has a warranty.
Did anyone encounter similar issues? If so, how do I get it rectified?
Bring it back to TK and ask for a one to one exchange? Or bring it to the dealer (who is the dealer??)?
Thanks for your help

Agent now is Cathay Photo. They have a warehouse somewhere near Outram/Tiong Bahru area where spares are avail. U might want to bring it down to Cathay Photo and enquire more.

Snoweagle, thanks for your reply. Or should I bring it to TK since they sold it to me?

No point as there's nothing they can do for u. Even if they have an exchange policy, i suppose it's already well over the period. So enquire from CP.
