One look and I thought someone's on the ledge and he is gonna.....:sweat: Luckily it was the air-con guy. Zoomed in to check, luckily got life line. :thumbsup: Even so, at 15 storey, its damn scary. :bigeyes:

The life line is the same one used at construction site personnels. So I guess he is following the safety standards. (Gives you the chills to look at the leg dangling over the ledge from that level) :bsmilie:
