Mamiya ZD 22megapixels anyone?

Anyone used the Mamiya ZD yet?

Don't have to OWN it, just used it to make some comments on the holding, flexibility, focus accuracy, the of course, the lens!

Too heavy to handhold for walking about (but most probably OK for all the muscle folks). I think it would be great for studio work. AF was fast and quick.

I held it at Cathay. It about the weight of 1v with booster, but not as rugged. I thought it would be great for outdoors, since I prefer the waist finders for studio. Furthermore, I was suprised by the rather small 2.0 LCD.

Of course the AF is not as fast as USM for sports, but fast enough for fashion/glamor/people shoots. For landscape, I would have gone with something else.

How are the colors coming out of this baby?

look at the noise at ISO400, then, i think u guys will give up.


interest on pentax 645Digital indeed! 1/4000 s shuttle and USM like fast AF.
