Making green more vibrant on scanned slides

I seem to have difficulty reproducing the vibrancy of green on my original slides via scanning with my KM Scanelite 5400. Playing around with channel mixer and colours doesn't seem to help. I'm a novice with digital imaging, so would like to have some help out there. Advice will be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

if you have photoshop, press ctrl + u to go to hue/saturation control.
select "greens" and adjust the saturation accordingly.

i've tried with your second photo and it works fine.

for the first photo, repeat the steps except selecting "cyan".

I tried doing it as suggested. Strangely, when I tweak the edit: green, the final image doesn't show any changes, even after clicking ok. However, when I tweak edit:master, I could see the changes on the final image as I tweak the no.

After tweaking edit:green on hue/saturation and click ok, there wasn't any change in the final image. When I return to hue/saturation again, the changes on edit:green were not recorded. Do you know what's happening?

i just used greens.. you might try using the eyedropper tool on the green
