[BHI SORRY THIS A EDIT OF MY BEFORE PM !![/B]
Had been away these past several days and it is interesting to see the developments of this thread. While I had not made any introductions in any part of this site, my activities has permitted some to reach conclusions that seem reasonable. With respect and regard to [those] posts, I herein post my reply.
I do truly appreciate a forum like this- and actually had just been introduced to clubsnap recently- for all the exchanges of ideas herein and certainly am greatful to the Buy-Sell forum for the great deals, often at the expense of our many photography retail outlets.
I received education and training (in photography) at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States of America from the year 2001, under the guidance of Professor Bob Smith when I was there reading Law and Political Science. As the college has a viable online presence, I shall make no introduction of the school. Certainly, as with any art college, my focus had been in Flim-cameras and technology and even to-date, given the advant of technology, remains very much so.
As mentioned, I am deeply greatful for this online forum for the Buy-Sell resource(s), from which I had obtained a D20 and 17-85 USM IS lense just weeks earlier. To the two gentlement I had obtained the above mentioned from, thank you. Although expirementing with new technology, I am still of the opinion that flim rocks- esp for B&W works... I am amazed at the claim that a 17-85 USM can be considered a Kit lense..for it is so, can someone please tell Canon to include that in the kit-lense package when I make a future purchase - Indebted.
Through the forum, I had come across a really great guy, whom I would recommend without reservations, for his make-up work. Such a stand has been expressively stated in other threads. I hide not the fact that I sought his help, nor do I hide the intent to work yet more with him, as so evidenced in my other posts. Great work, Lionel.
Prior to leaving for the United States, I had the opportunity to work with One casting agency in Singapore and had the privillage to cast a HK movie production (shot locally in 2000) and through it, had many contacts in the entertainment industry. Presently, I maintain associate relationships with two studions, one of which is an established photography - bridal studion in the katong area and therefore am farmilar with the prices quoted for make-up artists. If indeed my comments that certain persons are charging "slightly above the rates of other professionals (I know)" should catch your attention, please drop me a note and I'd provide you my recommendations to these other professional make-up artists. I however, truly appreciate the comments made.
TO ELIENE : BASED ON YOUR ABOVE, I PUT YOU TO STRICT PROOF THEREOF AND RESERVE ALL RIGHTS.

No. Not YET. Haha...
But certainly, some comments issued by some individual(s) may be construed as "not being favorable" and all I am... is well, presenting a take on his/her comments and providing the latter an understanding of things that may be to come.
Just being nice..and fair. Ha.
But since we're "filing" some legal documents now... guys... please take a look at the thread "Model Release Form" by DR THE. Would be interesting to all... even those taking TFCD.
