Magenta strip

Occasionally a magenta strip of 1/4 to 1/3 of the screen will appear at the bottom of my LCD screen during playback. It disappears after scrolling away from the frame and later back to it.

Anyone has a similar experience? Is it due to a faulty CF card?

Why yes. I've tried formatting the card in camera. Will try on the computer next. Thanks for the link!
