Makes me wonder where you live. :)

Oh man, you're good!!!
And you can make anything look good.

Nice.

As usual, nice series.

With so many spider to shoot and interesting subjects, guess you do not have to go to remote areas to find subjects..:bsmilie::bsmilie:

Thanks! Yep, sometimes, I find subjects that are not commonly seen elsewhere here! I guess, a small place force you to look harder than a open forest.

wah, even your hdb estate has so many varieties? nice!!

ur shots are fantastic... and hard to emulate...
lately i gotten the raynox too... but find it very diff to use...
like to find out whether you use tripod for your macro shots??

I am taking the shots handheld. The raynox 250 is difficult cos of the very shallow DOF....about 2mm or so, so need to control movement slowly.

One technique is to sway the body to and fro and take the shot at the sweet spot i.e. where the image is sharp.

Wow pro lah. Very nice macro.

Grest macro shots, really cause one to wonder are you really taken these shots from HDB.

These series can easily be one of the best photos series for National Geography.

:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Thanks. I don't think they are NG standard though.

Insects can be found everywhere, and same for spiders.....just have to look hard enough.

You can go to my website below, and click on the "Map this" on the top right....and you can see the photos where it was taken.

cool series!!! nice!!

Wow! Super shots! All of them! Must get one (DCR250), and hope you can be my si-fu!
