Looking for Flash web site developer

Hi,
I purchased a Flash web site template from templatemonster.com and I want some minor adjustments to be made to the template. Basically what would be required is to make header/footer areas smaller and the main content pane larger. I've a PSD image showing all the changes that I want to be implemented.

Please PM with your rates and URLs to web sites showing your works.

The template I got was purchased from template monster The problem is that the template layout is more suitable for landscape sized photos, while most of my photos are were taken in vertical (portrait) orientation. So I want to chenge the layout a bit to suit my shooting style

template monster do custom work also. u can try to email them for rates since they own the templates, its easier to get them to do it.
changing the main panel will probably required u to redo the whole bkgrd in photoshop then export to html.
unless u can join up the slices of the extra space.(if any)
