There has been some discussion about members posting someone else's picture without any indication that it is not his/her own work.
Posting a picture that is not your own without getting prior permission and/or giving credit to the owner is not a good practise. Other members generally expect the picture to be yours. Once discovered that it is not your work that you have posted, the impression would be that you tried to pose as the owner. That does not reflect well on you.
Furthermore the Gallery sub-forums are meant for members to showcase their own work, and get feedback from others.
If you come across any interesting pictures that you would like to share with other ClubSNAP members, please post in "Banal Talk" subforum and also indicate clearly that you are not posting your own work. If you wish to discuss or enquire about photograhy techniques realted to someone else's picture, then you can post in "General Photography Chat".
