Lens from US - cheap?

Hi guys,

I'm going to California from March ~ September '06, and I'm eyeing on several L lens.
Seems like the US pricings are very competitive. (Although I know it's only 1/2 year intl warranty)

Can anyone recommend me a good place to buy these 'babies'?

I know Canon Macro 180 mm L is cheap in US. It cost about US1200 -> SG2300 only compared to Singapore selling for SG2880.
