Lens Dust or Sensor Dust?

So I have this speck of dust whenever I shoot videos at a small aperture e.g f14/f16 in broad daylight 100 ISO.

I googled it and it said it is sensor dust, but my sensor appears to be very clean. I set my shutter to 5 seconds took a photo without lens and saw it, it looks spotless. Theres also a big piece of **** in my lens so could this small black dot be dust from the lens?


Its not very apparent on the pictures but when watching video playback its very dark and noticeable especially when the picture is panning and the dot is just sitting there.

Sensor dust. Can confirm by using another lens.

Give a few good squeeze, with body faces downward, with a blower to top left corner when you look into the sensor from the front...should be able to get rid of it.

you need a magnifier and some light to see if there is any dust speck on sensor.
