Hi CSers, need some help! Just bought a Leica M6 TTL 0.72 and attached a Summicron 35mm f/2 on it. The framelines are right at the edge of the viewfinder, almost like a 28mm framelines. From the literature I read (online and Leica M6 TTL instruction booklet), it doesn't seem right. And I am not wearing glasses. Does something seem out of place here? Appreciate your feedback.

congrats on your camera, and welcome to RF!!

on the issue of the framelines, try switching the framelines manually using the frame selector lever which is under the viewfinder, using your left fingers as you look through the viewfinder.

without a lens in, the outer frameline should be at 35mm -> 50mm -> 28mm.

just to add, I'm assuming you have the usual 0.72 magnification viewfinder. for which, the 28mm framelines are essentially to the edge of the viewfinder.
