JapanKyoto, Osaka, Takayama, Shirakawago and Tokyo 2011

It was a free & easy trip during the autumn time from 4 October to 17 October 2011 last year.
These is my second time to Japan since 2 years back. The itinerary are as following:-

Kyoto – Osaka – Takayama – Shirakawago – Tokyo

It was quite a relaxation trip due to parents (senior citizen) were joning with us for Free and Easy.

If you are going to Japan and travel for long distance, it is suggested to buy a "Japan Rail Pass".
This is only applicable to the tourist with a discount price. We bought this to travel from Tokyo - Kyoto and vice versa.

This our hotel at Kyoto. It is very traditional type of hotel near the Kyoto town.

一個充滿文化氣息的國家。
If you like the traditional culture of Japan, then you must not miss the visiting of Kyoto.
Women wearing the Kimono walk around. One full of cultural atmosphere of the place.

It was a Sunny day after a rain at Kyoto.

Maple Leaf period only just started. During this trip, not much Maple Leaf can see.
They only started to change colour from green to Red/Yellow.

A night of Kyoto's temple.
Kyoto have many many of temples. It is impossible that we can visit all the temples during our 4 days in kyoto.
This temple is located near our hotel as well as the kyoto town. It is so convenient to have a walk after our dinner.

It was beginning of the autumn season.
Althought the timing we went was a bit early, but we still manage to see some beautiful Maple Leafs.
The leafs were just started to change the colour from green to yellow/red.
I simply collected a Maple Leaf from the floor and put together with my wife's Lumic GF1 and shot this photo.
Personally, I like this photo a lot.

#13 can easily qualified as post card cover.
Like #15 too, looks like a product shot. Would have been good if the wordings(like HOYA) on the lens rim is also in focus.
