I was lucky the sky was quite clear that noon. I was at Taipei 101 recently but couldn't see much due to the haze/mist. An expensive ride up for both towers but once a lifetime since you are there. Singapore should build one to generate some tourists dollars. It never fails to attract tourists looking at the special queue they got for both towers.
