Is this normal for Ixus 330?

Hi all,
Jts got my Ixus 330...I find that the LCD screen image is filled with noise and a bit blur when I try to focus...
However, it back to normal when the picture is taken. Also, no problem when doing the review. My question is this normal?
Can someone share their experience? I didn;t find any problem from my friend's 885.

Same problem with my Sony F707, noisy LCD image & hard to focus EVF/LCD, but photos result is fine!
