Is tamron 28-75 mm for fx or dx?

Hi everyone, just like to know if tamron 28-75mm similar to nikon fx or dx lens?
As I heard if you use dx lens on a d700 the active megapixel will be reduced to
5 megapixel.

The Tamron lens can be used for FF, so it is similar to fx.

FX.

But I'm not sure if anyone tested this lens on a D700 or D3 yet... Not sure about the corner to corner issues or light fall off yet.
