Is Photoshop 7.0 a very old version?

Hi...im currently using my company's laptop which already has ps 7.0 version installed, but when i tried to do minitures editing with the aid of tutorial...i realised that i dont have some properties that the guy in the tutorial has.

Anywhere i can download for frxe? Are all fxee downloads 30 days' trial? Thx..hope i didnt violate any rules here?

U shouldn't be discussing abt those processes here or in any other forums as it promotes piracy. And by the way, PS 7 is quite old already, a few years ago.
