Is International Photo Day a public holiday in Singapore?

Sorry, sua ku here. When is International Photo Day? Is it Canon, Nikon, Sony, Panasonic, Olympus, and err... Pentax compatible?

April 25 as declared by United Nation in celebrating world peace through photography.

As it falls on Sunday this year, we are having Monday off in Australia. :)

Huh? You mean it is not? I have always been taking 16 Sept off every year... lucky my boss never ask me why. :sweat:

My boss asked me to check with photo forum first before taking the holiday. :bsmilie:

I can't believe that I actually wasted my time (0.18 seconds to be exact) to google this up. There is no International Photo Day though I found a Worldwide Pinhole Photography Day (WPPD) to be held on the 25th of April 2010 instead. ;p
No wonder sometimes I can see people running around taking pictures with a hole in biscuit tin on April 25. :bsmilie:

Brazil is one country where Fiesta Photo is being celebrated with a lot of festivities and style.

Let's hope our Singapore girls won't disappoint the photo-loving citizens on April 25.
