ipod camera connector

anyone using a ipod camera connector with fz5???was about to buy when i saw the list of supported not listed(in fact no panasonic camera was listed ).....but the sales person said list was out 2 years ago and not updated since....so just wanna confirm can it work with fz5.....

it's can work
at least for my FZ30 with ipod video....
u switch to play mode then connect to ipod... and u use ipod to import the photos from ur camera to ipod...

how is the performance???i considering either to get a 1GB CARD or get this connector....i read that it take 1hours to transfer 1gb of photo from camera to ipod and the battery can only last for 20o pics(ipod)..is it true??

hmmm.... i have transfer over 200 photos in 1 shot... battery life will dry to about 50% ba... i not too sure... but more or less half my battery dry up... transferring rate is abit slow for my 4 megapixels photo...

so it is true the battery drain up very fast using this connector.....;p dun dun wanna get this or get a SD card...
