If u are connecting to overseas website, the bottleneck lies on the overseas connection. Local singapore to singapore connection is very fast. However, most website we go to are overseas website, but the bottleneck.

Don't u feel clubsnap and some other local forums loads pretty fast?

Yeah you might be right that it's more common to use oversea's services than from Singapore.

depends, sometimes just a change of cables, or get a better splitter, have to check for any interference... you can try a booster, but its rather hard to tune... if you over do it, it will get adverse reaction instead.
