I think that the participation should be opened to deaf or hard of hearing persons and hearing. Hearing (Armed with DSLR or non-DSLR) is always welcomed. So both deaf & hearing are interested to shoot and focusing on the "DEAF" people or connection to promote and raise deaf awareness in celebration of IDDeaf. Happy snapping!!! Cheers.....

Hi everybody,

Please look into IDDeaf 2009 rules & regulation that says this competition is only for "Deaf or Hard of Hearing" but NOT for "Hearing People" Sorry....

Unless you want to join in competition, you must show proof of your Deafness or Hearing Impairedness to Singapore Association for the Deaf.
