Just realised this.
The internal flash on my Nikon F601 takes shutter speed of 1/30sec to flash, while my external Emoblitz flash takes 1sec to flash.
Meaning, the shutter speed is faster when the internal flash is used as opposed to the external flash.
Y is this so? I thought an external flash is more powerful than the internal flash, thus a faster shutter speed should occur when using an external flash. But it seems to be the complete opposite in this case. :dunno:
Is it normal? Or izzit juz me?
Also, the IR on my external flash turns on, sometimes not. Wonder y.
Anybody with answers?
Thanx
