Hi
Here is some useful links using Java animation
to see if you should venture outside..
Your taxpayers dollars doing its work!

Singapore region
http://ulfpettersson.com/ulfp_txp/mod_animate/view70.asp

All the way to Muar and Mersing.

Note: Observe the time Stamp, this is doppler radar tuned
to bounce on water droplets. Having some water droplets in
the air does not mean drizzle or rain.

When it reaches GREEN it would definitely mean rain.

Need phd in geography to read? :)

Hi Maybe this is better this is the DUMB version

rad70.gif

The photo shows rain coming in from Johore whilst at
4.43 PM you can still be happy in west singapore
but tonight may bring torrents of rain if the wind blows
south.

The animated version found on UP's page sometimes is
DOWN , like today, but UP's web page gives you an idea
if the rain is MOVING AWAY or STAYING.. by looking at
the animation..

His web page intercepts direct links however the links I posted
seems to work before today..

As you can see from today's photo, lots of rain over most
of Singapore
