Join a macro outing, then you will know.

There are a few popular places eg. Dairy farm, Venus drive, Lower peirce. But without a guide you won't be able to spot as many insects.

If u don wanna get too dirty or onto muddy paths i can try the garden in ur neighborhood or some nicely done up park like hort park, yishun park and all other neighborhood park.
If u don mind the mud, dirt and humidity, u can try the places where spree had mention.
Or keep a look out at the outing section for macro outing then u jus follow and shoot.
