I'm using 8400. Try zooming shots in indoor & outdoor with same setting (BBS activated).
Sensitivity set at 200. The outdoor shots appear to be better & sharp. Unfortunately,
the indoor ones are blur. I thought of becoz of insufficent lighting. Could it help if i use SB600 for indoor shots. THanks

Try to increase the ISO speed to maybe 400? I believe the 'image blur' is due to the camera shake. yes using the SB600 should be able to address the problem.

Another way is to use a tripod to take the photo. Hope this helps.

yeah, sounds like camera shake
which means that there is not enough light and the shutter speed slows down to conpensate
and yes a SB600 will fix it

wat r d setting for normal portraits for indoor eg. shopping centres? i don't know how to paste the photos here . anyone using msn messenger can search me at :tenzindorje_ho@yahoo.com.sg . All my outdoor shots are gd. So i thot of getting a SB600 for my future indoor shots need.

You will need to know your settings in particular the shutter speed when taking indoor shots. Gotta understand the effects of slow shutter speed will do to your final pics.
