Seriously not trying to scare you but its one of the early signs of a coming stroke ...... its a neurological motor-reflex and not a good sign if it just started ...... get your CT and MRI scans done asap and see a doctor .... and read up on early signs of stroke

Without a specialist examining you what we say are just speculation

From my experience, if it's not related to any diseases, you either had too much coffee or did not have enough sleep. I had my eye twitch everyday for the past two months, looked it up and tried cutting down on coffee and resting more and it stopped. Maybe you can try that.
