I set up my tripod in the middle of the road of course! Hahahaha! How could I possibly do long exposure without tripod.

i was tempted to conclude that its from a car but the perspective in 4 seems to low to be so, plus the fact that you couldnt have gotten 2 by parking your car on either side of the road unless the taxi on the left is blurred due to handshake

it's not handshake. look at the buildings.

by the way, your OOF photos and normal photos suffer from tilt.

I forgot the settings but it's somewhere around 10s exposure, f/8 or more.
I used a Pentax Kx with DA 15
