actually there is many cheater around, i remembered a man during my part time job, he made a 'FEW' calls home in India, realised that his bill was very high, call us to complain that he did not make the calls, make us go check all our system for error, till manager must handle the case, but we still made he pay for the bill. Actually no and they have not done anything wrong as it was stated clearly that they have the right to do it, suspect it, implement what they think is correct.
