How to William Chua edit his photo?

Put the photos over the flames and selectively burn it, pour detergent to shift the colours, pour bleach to whiten it, close your eyes halfway while viewing the end product to get the vignette effect :bsmilie:

wait it is just one page that goes like this:

anyways, his composition and angles are way more important than the editing, but it is always not a surprise when the main crux is missed here.
at least this wasn't a thread asking "what gear does william chua use? i want to buy and be as pro..."
