how to invert the axis of mouse

i once posted a link on how to do it in CS, but now i lost the site (a freeware) stated in the link and CS search function is off line.

i need to invert the axis so that when i rotate the lcd monitor 90deg to edit photos taken in portrait mode, i can still control the mouse.

so if anyone know a site where i can down load a freeware to reconfig the mouse, pls let me know.

If you are using ATI drivers, rotating the monitor will not affect the mouse controls. Everything is still as per normal.
