how to get sun light bokeh?

but u need sunset/rise. the sun angle is lowest then. easiest to shoot

No lah. Still easy even when the sun is high up. Just hide it behind the buildings.:sticktong

You'll just get midday-ish colours (not very appealing), but the flaring is as good as at sunset/sunrise.
