No as on to buy a prepaid visa .. like a prepaid phone card

ohh... i too long nvr use paypal already (usually pay and they charge to card). didn't know they got prepaid card now.

go to bank of choice. say you want to apply for debit card. done.

how long does it take for funds to transfer? i waited like 2 working days and i still see no money;(
i'm the posb/dbs ibanking. supposedly will be faster, within 1-2 working days
I only withdraw from paypal, it took 5 working days to credit money into my bank account, not sure about the other way round.
