How to configure webpage in Clubsnap.org?

Hi there. I've just gotten myself a new acct at clubsnap.

problem is. i have no idea how to get it to work?

I undrstand that its supposed to be idiot proof in getting ur pages and gallery to work but i somehow can't seem to figure it out

anyone knows whethere thre is a tutorial/guidebook or something to try to get the website and/or gallery running?

For gallery, just go to this URL -> http://vince123123.clubsnap.org/gallery and log in with your username/password. You will then get the option to create albums and start loading in images via the built-in image transfer interface.

For creating your own website and stuff, you need to use a software package like Adobe GoLive or Macromedia DreamWeaver or Microsoft Frontpage, and then upload your content to the respective folders inside your webspace, eg. http://vince123123.clubsnap.org/images for pictures, http://vince123123.clubsnap.org/index.html for your home page. Upload to your webspace can be controlled via the application or via FTP.

With your webspace, you basically get a blank sheet of paper and can start constructing your site.

The gallery is more like a predefined template and you just load in pictures into albums.

We'll see into working out some tutorial or something about creating sites and using the gallery .... if time permits.

Heh i think i woudl like the tutorial....din even know the /gallery thing existed was mucking ard the control panel and failed to find it.

Darren, can i also ask about albums n photos.

i've just tested uploading one photo into a test album. however it seems that the EXIF data is shown....at least they had stuff like what camera wat settings etc. i then went to properties and turned "EXIF DATA" to "no". tried looking at the photo again - still shows the data below the photo. thot maybe its cached in once uploaded so i uploaded the photo again...still shows the data.

any idea how to set it such that you cannot see the data?
