How to clean spots on lens from PnS

Hi All, I have a IXUS 860IS and I've noticed huge blotches / spots in all my night shots with flash. Is it just the front element that needs cleaning? What would be the best way to clean it? Quite new to the practice of maintaining my gear. Appreciate all your inputs...

looks like water droplets

maybe take a microfiber cloth and wipe the lens?

Maybe can consider a Lenspen? Usually clears my DSLR lenses easily

yup use a microfibre cloth. breathe on the lens a bit, then gently clean off the spots with microfibre cloth.

The very best cloth to clean any lens with is a 'SELVYT' cloth. Your local jewellers will have these cloths.

jus my 2cents..it may be the noise at high iso..
my p&s samsung also had the same thing at abt iso 400 with flash in night shots.
noob here.
