4. be effective
5. be creative
6. less excuse
7. put in the extra mile
8. less emotional
9. speak gently
10. smile always

no.5 ? i always believed photography, like art, is a creative process.

as for smiling, it does help the photographer gain rapport with his/her subjects, e.g. in travel portraits. and get better photos in the process.

Individualism and never give up i fully agree with.
