I wondered if this as asking about physical mail/post or e-mail.
Maybe obviously, I check physical mail once a day and e-mail several times a day. I don't have a Crackberry but the gmail application works just fine on my mobile phone for Google mail and I have a Yahoo! application for news, etc. and that lets me access their mail.
