How difficult it is to open a camera shop?

The more I have the above mentioned customers,
the more I have a chance to challenge myself to serve
them better and to make them my future loyal customers.

Only business people who wants a fast buck and to
make sure time spent is not wasteful to the above
mentioned customers will think twice before opening
a retail shop.

In any retail business, it is how well you you make
the customer to experience and be satisfied with the
service you provide. To me, there is no such thing as
a difficult customer.

;):)
sound like you are open a monastery for the sale personnel instead of retail shop.

let me know when you open any camera shop, I want to come and experience it, will recommend your shop to many others.

i think it's true not so difficult to open a shop

but it's about keeping it running

but always remember to be sincere, honest and simply have the one intention of bringing quality goods for your customers

i wonder how difficult could it be to run a shop whenever i see samuel with his SLK

haha

It would be a tragic disaster for businessmen not to hire
excellent and well trained counter sales personnel for
their retail outlets.

Customers want to be appreciated for what they are.
They do not want to be impressed with your excellence
communication skills. They do not want to be regarded
as sounding boards for the sales people's egos.

Customers do not want to patronise a shop who hire
counter sales personnels who do excellent service but
with average tools.

Potential retail photographic outlets must ensure
that they are able to add value to their customers
and help them become better than they would be.
This can only be done through the front line sales
people in your organisation.

The time will come that I have the capital to start
such a venture, I will want to invite you to be one
of my consultants and not to be my customer. :)

------------------------------------------------------------
Photographers want to walk into a photo retail
outlet with excellent positive atmosphere with warm,
open, creative and encouraging ideas.

They want to to experience the "coming together,
working together" and be part of a developing
company whose main aim is to serve the compelling
vision of the customers.

Have it not occur to you that if the business is not
profit oriented, it is very easy to maintain it and make
it stay.

Just put in money to run it the way you want it, otherwise
you will be like all businessmen getting headaches
because whatever they do must be profit oriented.

To make profit, you sure will hire staff who asked for
lesser salary and willing to work extra longer hours,
buy goods with cheaper price, spent less on furnishing
and so on. In the end, the business is just like, you
put garbage in, so garbage out.

Well, not sure what you mean by loanshark, are you implying that
the word "shrewd businessman" will be more appropriate for the
description in this case?

Can you share just one working idea for such an enterprise that would
keep it running beside the essential basics of having to be honest and
having good intention of supplying quality products to the customers?
