Saw this beautiful pic. May I know how could one capture the motion on the background of the following pic while leaving the lady still? Care to share? Thanks.
Looking at this photo, with the way the background is blurred, in my opinion it looked more like a photoshop processed background rather than an actual movement blur.
Wind blowing on the curtain on the background, the curtain is moving in and out, it is motion blur but not left to right or up to down, it move in and out. So you will still get the bokeh and looks a bit OOF.
It's not motion blur... I've seen some wavy glass that can give this effect. But yes, judging from the clear straight line on the right side of the picture, it was probably blinds.
The stuff you can hang at a window to block out the sun. Also called a windowblind. In the first picture, looks like the thin reed/bamboo ones that you can roll up.
