Hot pixel on low ISO, long exposure -> fix w/ long exp noise reduction?

Tried some night photography w/ long exposure (f/29, 30 sec, ISO100), initially the image looks good but when I crop it a single hot pixel is clearly visible.
Can I get rid of this phenomenon of hot pixel on long exposure using long exposure noise reduction?
