Please help me . Which one do I get Tele Converter
EC-14 or Extension Tube
EX-25 can only buy one . :dunno:

Both teleconverter and extension tube will increase of magnification

Teleconverter will increase the focusing distance however extension tube reduces the focusing distance.

Extension tube is cheaper due to there is no len element ( hollow ).

Depend on your need, if you are taking something e.g. animal, bird, landscape, etc far away, you need a teleconverter. For nearby distance like flower, butterfly, an extension tube is good enuff.

not forgetting that the teleconverter will introduce some quality loss in image.

i have pasted a 100% crop for the ZD150, one with tele & one w/o. u will notice some drop in details.

megaweb has highlighted a very important point: what r u shooting?
