heloo everyone.... I am a new member and a TOTAL newbie in photography. I hope I can get alot of tips and guidelines from members here. Just bought a Canon eOS 1000D.
Instead of waiting for some tips and guidelines from the members here, why don't you start yourself by learning from internet / books? There are tons of material regarding photography on the 'net, and you can find a lot of books in the library.
Trust me, you will need minimal help from other people if you boost yourself with knowledge you've found yourself.
And don't forget: practice, practice, and practice.
Don be disencouraged if your result is not good at the beginning... Just practice, practice, and more and more practice
Welcome...and I agree with others...roam around here, get yourself a good DIY book and then get out and shoot...when you think you have a good shot bring it CS and get some feedback.
good for u...i bought my DSLR not long ago too...
all i need to say is read more and most importantly shoot more..
the more you shoot...the more you understand your camera!!!
