i have afew pictures that i need to up-res, but i dont have photo editing software. if anyone of your could be so kinda as to help me up-res then send back to me would be very very appreciative.
first picture is 1200pixels up to 3000 pixels on the long end. quite a stretch(literally) and second is 2300 up to 3000.
is this possible? need to eek the highest possible image quality to print for these files.
