Help needed =(..

Help.. make a silly mistake while making a short video clip with my G3.. i hold the image vertical instead of the normal horizontal.. forgot that's its video not still image.. is that anyway i can rotate the image back to normal using any software??

what the format?

if it is in quicktime, you can use QUICK TIME PRO to rotate it 90 degrees.
