help needed to locate agent for sigma lens

Dear All, my 28-105mm sigma lens (canon mount) is cannot focus, again!! Need to locate agent so that I can send for repairs. Lens was bought in 2001 and has been in dry box for last 1 year. Today took it out for system check and found that it could not focus, when I coupled it to my EOS 350D.
